About Us

Terry L. Williams graduated summa cum laude from William Jewell College with a B.S. in Business Administration and was awarded a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Missouri - Kansas City Law School.

He received his CPA designation in 1981.

Mr. Williams is admitted to the practice of law in Missouri and Kansas.

Terry Williams' career history includes public accounting, retirement plan/benefits consulting, and since 1989, the private practice of law.

For many years, he has been and continues to be the featured speaker for numerous public and private groups on topics concerned with estate planning, estate settlement, business entities, and retirement planning.

In order to assure continuity of this law practice and extend our legal service offerings, in 2017 we affiliated with Jason Salinardi and the attorneys of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri.
