After nearly thirty years of practicing law, I am announcing my transition away from active, day-to-day practice. It has been both a pleasure and an honor to represent you and serve your legal needs, in some cases for nearly as long as I have been in practice.

I am pleased to announce that, effective December 15, 2017, I will become Counsel to the law firm of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard, P.C. Jason M. Salinardi and the firm of Sandberg Phoenix will assume direct responsibility for your legal needs. This Counsel relationship extends for a period of 4 years. It allows me to continue to help serve you by being available to Jason, and to you, to answer questions he may have and provide background information as he undertakes to serve your legal needs.
Jason has 13 plus years of experience assisting families and business owners with their estate and succession planning needs. His practice has mirrored mine very closely. He has tremendous knowledge and experience. Jason serves his clients by first learning their goals, dreams, and concerns, and then works with his clients to develop plans that reflect the client’s unique situations, while putting his knowledge and experience to work.
